We are a vibrant collective of close-knit family and friends, bound by our shared Caribbean and UK heritage. Our roots span across Grenada, St Lucia, Jamaica, and the UK, interweaving a vibrant blend of culture and uniqueness.

Our unique backgrounds and upbringing fuel our creativity. We blend Caribbean and UK influences to craft forward-thinking designs that celebrate our diverse heritage. Our approach is future-thinking, modern, and inclusive, creating designs that resonate with everyone. This year, our theme "Celestial" embodies the limitless potential and universal appeal of our work.

Since our inception as a mas band in 2019, we have brought over 30 years of carnival experience to the forefront. From costume designers, music DJs to web/media designers, our talented team combines their skills and passion for carnival to create unforgettable experiences at Notting Hill Carnival.

Fearless and bold, we embrace creativity without limitations. We are not afraid to be different, daring, and true to ourselves.

Who are Team Masanova?
First and foremost - the one who's dream it is to have a band on the road.: ​
Wayne, Band Leader - and originally 'West Indian Connection Sound' front man.
​West Indian Connection Sound have a high reputation and popular amongst the crown around them. Wayne has been going to Notting Hill Carnival since 1987!

Sandra, Wayne's wife and Co-Manager - passionate to help Wayne's dream become a reality.
"It's great to be part of a team that's full ah vibes and just want to have fun. I grew up in Grenada where carnival is part of you, so being involved in Team Masanova is like the icing on the cake. We are all unique in our own ways and working with such talented individuals is what makes us who we are. I cannot wait to see what the future holds....
